The role will support the management of contracts low to medium risk/value contracts by assisting with documentation, compliance checks, and maintaining accurate records to ensure operations continue to run smoothly. Description The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to the following: End to end contract management which will include the ability to prepare, evaluate, and manage the tender and proposal process for a diverse package suite; this may include but is not limited to general tender documentation, pricing submissions, negotiations, term and conditions reviews for to low to medium risk packages. Review variations to regular standard terms and conditions and prepare responses as required to mitigate risk and liability whilst simultaneously achieving favourable commercial outcomes. Maintain the validity of live contracts which may include but is not limited to variations, claims, supplier performance reviews, pricing reviews etc. Profile The successful candidate will demonstrate or have exposure to the following: Previous experience in a similar or equivalent role managing low to medium risk/value contract packages. Tertiary or relevant qualifications in commerce, law, and/or construction. Exposure to a mining operator and or the gold industry would be highly desirable.
