About the Role: Employment Connect Consultant find sustainable employment outcomes for participants within the Workforce Australia Program (WFA) by actively identifying opportunities with local employers through business development and securing placements. The key to success in this role, will be brokering and maintaining effective relationships with employers, proactively understanding their resourcing needs and successfully matching candidates to opportunities. Key Responsibilities: As an Employer Connect Consultant, your day will focus on: Employer & Stakeholder Management Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a local employer pipeline through cold calling, account management, networking, and events. Relationship Brokering: Form committed, repeatable partnerships with employers, acting as a trusted advisor based on a solid understanding of their business needs and the local labour market. Securing Placements: Identify volume recruitment opportunities and effectively articulate the value proposition, benefits, and incentives (e.g., Wage Subsidy) of employing WFA participants. CRM Management: Accurately document all employer engagements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Service Delivery & Sales Targets Conversion: Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by converting sales leads into sustainable placements. Consultation: Engage with employers to fully understand their hiring requirements and recruitment cycles. Facilitation: Conduct onsite group interviews and employer visits to showcase businesses. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the requirements of the Workforce Australia Deed and guidelines. Post Placement Support Deliver effective and timely post-placement care to both participants and employers to maintain retention and ensure outcome milestones are reached. We are looking for candidates who possess: B2B Sales Expertise: Demonstrated recruitment experience within B2B sales environments, driven to succeed in identifying opportunities and converting placements. Relationship Skills: Exceptional ability to develop and maintain genuine employer relationships and determine key decision-makers. Drive & Resilience: Experience in target-based and fast-paced environments. A motivated self-starter with a high level of resilience and a positive attitude. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to suit any audience.
