Preferred Requirements: Extensive experience in aged care, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and needs of the elderly population. Proficiency in developing and implementing comprehensive care plans, including medication management and chronic disease management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build trust and rapport with residents, their families, and the broader healthcare team. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment, contributing to the overall well-being of our residents. Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering the highest quality of care. Preferred Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Nurse Practitioner. Proven track record of success in a similar role within the aged care sector.
