The Opportunity We are seeking a Part Time Allied Health Assistant (approx. 30 hours per week) to support our Speech Pathologists in delivering high-quality services to NDIS participants. In this role, you will assist with therapy plan implementation, facilitate participant engagement, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the Allied Health team. Key Responsibilities Providing therapeutic support to clients and families by following person-centred programs provided and guided by therapists. Collaborating with therapists to create and produce materials and resources tailored to client needs and therapy goals. Maintaining quality documentation, objective record keeping and reportingfunctions. Assisting with general administrative or ad hoc tasks that support the smooth functioning of the Speech Pathology therapy team. About You Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management skills, including the ability to work autonomously. Positive and flexible approach to problem-solving and navigating change. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and uphold organisational values. Ability to build effective relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders. Essential Requirements: Certificate III in Allied Health Assistance or working towards a relevant tertiary qualification (Speech Pathology) Current NDIS Worker Check Current Working with Children Check (paid employment) NDIS Worker Orientation module completion certificate Current drivers licence Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) Why Join Us?
