The Role As the Training & Development Manager , you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all training and development initiatives across the business. This role is also an excellent step up for someone currently in a real estate operations role who wants to transition into training, leadership, or broader organisational development. You’ll guide a small, energetic team to create impactful learning experiences that lift capability and support company goals.
