About the role This role focuses on delivering exceptional end-to-end service support after bookings are made, with full training and growth opportunities provided. Duties Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring a premium and professional service experience. Manage service bookings, job scheduling, and workshop workflow. Clearly explain repair and service requirements to customers, providing accurate cost estimates and timelines. Liaise between technicians and customers to ensure clear communication on vehicle status, additional work, and approvals. Handle warranty claims, invoicing, and service documentation accurately. Proactively follow up with customers regarding service reminders, satisfaction, and future needs. Uphold brand standards and contribute to delivering a first-class customer experience. Skills and experience Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable – though the right attitude and drive to succeed are essentials! Strong knowledge of light vehicle systems and functions, with the ability to confidently explain technical issues in customer-friendly terms. Excellent communication, organisation, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Computer literacy with dealership management systems (e.g., ERA, Autoline, Reynolds) or similar. Professional presentation and a strong customer-focused mindset. Current driver’s licence.
