The Role You will: Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of 7 Treatment Coordinators across multiple clinics. Build and execute quarterly sales plans aligned with practice performance goals. Implement sales processes, scripts and training that improve patient experience and conversion. Analyse KPIs (consultations, acceptance rate, follow-ups, revenue per case) and address skill gaps. Partner with clinical leaders to ensure treatment planning and patient communication are aligned. Support your team in a fast-changing environment. Model high empathy in patient interactions—educating, not pressuring. Requirements About You 3 years’ experience in sales leadership (healthcare, dental, medical, or high-trust service industries preferred). A track record of coaching teams , improving conversion rates, and building scalable processes. Strong communication, emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive patient finances & concerns. Comfort operating in a dynamic, changing environment where processes evolve rapidly. Data literacy (CRM reports, funnel metrics, forecasting).
