The Role This isn’t your typical accounting role. You’ll be at the heart of our Finance Operations team, driving month end close, managing liquidity, and delivering insights that shape key business decisions. You’ll also lead process improvements, streamline reporting, and help make our finance function more scalable and efficient. What You’ll Do Own month end close processes, ensuring P&L and balance sheet accuracy. Manage cash reconciliations, daily liquidity, and loan sale coordination. Improve workflows and reporting with automation and process innovation. Partner with leaders across the business to deliver actionable management insights. Support audits and trustee engagements, keeping everything compliant and on time. What We’re Looking For CPA/CA qualified with strong technical accounting chops. Background in audit or professional services, ready to jump into a commercial environment. Analytical thinker, comfortable with large datasets and problem solving. Process driven, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and accuracy. Confident communicator who thrives collaborating across teams.
