About the Role: As a Registered Nurse at Lutheran Services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care within our residential aged care facilities. Working collaboratively with the clinical team and under the guidance of the Service or Care Manager, you will oversee and evaluate care plans, manage clinical assessments, and ensure the wellbeing and dignity of each resident. You will also provide leadership and support to enrolled nurses and care staff, fostering a positive culture. Deliver person-centered care tailored to residents' needs Maintain a safe and supportive environment Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure quality care Administer medications and monitor health conditions Keep accurate clinical records and follow best practices Salary $37.38 (hourly base rate) Shift penalties Applicable allowances Superannuation Casual Loading (if applicable). Offers are dependent on business needs and may include full-time, part-time or casual for the selected applicants. Requirements: Strong alignment with our organisational values Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Relevant nursing qualification (Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent) Knowledge of clinical care standards and best practices.
