We’re now looking for a Senior Unreal Creative Technologist with an eye for creativity and deep expertise in Unreal Engine 5 to help craft next-level interactive experiences and simulations for some of the world’s leading automotive brands. What are we looking for in a Senior Unreal Creative Technologist ? As our Senior Unreal Creative Technologist, you’ll blend hands-on technical skill with a strong creative eye, helping us shape polished, real-time experiences that stand out. You’ll play a pivotal role across high-profile projects for automotive clients, using Unreal Engine 5 to build visually stunning digital showrooms, product visualisations, and virtual environments You'll be working on a variety of tasks, including: Developing performant, reusable UI frameworks and frontend logic using Blueprints and C++. Crafting realistic materials, custom shaders, and advanced VFX with Niagara to highlight product details and bring vehicles to life. Modeling and texturing detailed 3D assets and environments, ensuring visual fidelity and efficient integration. Directing animations and cinematic camera sequences with Sequencer to create compelling, real-time storytelling moments. Optimising scenes and assets for smooth performance across platforms, including immersive streaming solutions. Collaborating with designers, artists, and engineers across disciplines to deliver seamless, high-quality outputs. Pushing the creative and technical boundaries of UE5 to create next-generation, interactive experiences that blend realism with innovation. You will have: Strong understanding of C++, Blueprints, Unreal’s rendering pipeline, and performance optimisation. 7 years’ experience in real-time or game development, with proven expertise in Unreal Engine 5. Experience creating interactive or immersive content (VR, AR, simulations, or experiential media). Experience developing 3D art pipelines, shader systems, and real-time lighting setups. Hands-on experience in Niagara, Sequencer, and Material Editor for complex, dynamic visuals. A deep understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and asset workflows for real-time applications. Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, translating creative vision into technical execution. What's in it for you?
