Locations: Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Newcastle, Sydney Australian citizenship with Baseline Clearance Mandatory About The Role: An experienced IT Project Master Scheduler is required support the implementation of an integrated delivery schedule that is aligned to Client's corporate scheduling practises to support delivery major IT programs of work, irritants, and opportunities within the End User technology ecosystem Key responsibilities include: Building detailed project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures in Microsoft Project Professional for End User programs. Maintaining the Program Master Schedule, including incorporation of external delivery partner schedules where applicable, ensuring visibility of key milestones and supporting delivery leads in transitioning project deliverables and reports Supporting project financial reporting processes, including preparation of summarised schedules and financial reports for various governance forums Implementing and managing the Program Dependency Management framework, including processes, and tracking of inter-project dependencies. Our Ideal Job Seeker has: Advanced capability with Microsoft Project Professional including building and managing complex project schedules and work breakdown structures. Experience in managing schedules and reporting within enterprise-level project management tools. Understanding of IT project scheduling principles, industry project management methodologies and dependency management in large-scale IT programs. Ability to support project financial tracking, reporting, and alignment with commercial management processes Established understanding and application of IT delivery frameworks, and compliance requirements.
