Competitive salary and benefits Salary between $4046.40 - $4402.60 per fortnight (AO5). 4 to 6 weeks p.a. recreational leave with 14-17.5% loading. About your opportunity As a Management Accounting Officer, you will provide strategic financial management and business support services to ensure accurate reporting and analysis for Townsville HHS. You will assist with budget preparation, performance reporting, and data analysis, supporting senior leaders to meet financial accountabilities. Requirements Possession of a qualification relevant to business and specifically accounting and registration with an accounting professional body is desirable but not mandatory. Demonstrated experience in management accounting functions including budgeting and performance reporting. High-level skills in spreadsheets, databases, and financial systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to team goals. * A probationary period may apply.
