Why this role matters: As a Senior Quality Associate, you’ll play a key role in strengthening and evolving our Quality Management System (QMS) so it truly supports our people and our purpose. You’ll help ensure our processes are robust, compliant, and continuously improving — while equipping teams with the insights, training, and confidence they need to make great decisions. The Senior Quality Associate supports the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) by providing accurate reporting, data analysis, and system oversight. The role will ensure that quality processes are effectively monitored, documented, and aligned with compliance requirements. Utilization of tools such as Power BI and trend analysis will be key to enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is based in Warriewood, NSW, at Blackmores’ Head Office. What you’ll be doing: Quality Systems & Compliance Maintain and enhance our Quality Management Systems so policies and documentation meet regulatory, industry, and company standards. Monitor quality metrics using tools such as Power BI, turning data into clear, actionable insights. Continuous Improvement Champion Promote best practices across the organisation, supporting teams to adopt consistent and effective quality processes. Lead engagement and training activities to build a culture where quality and continuous improvement feel shared, understood, and valued. Risk Management Identify quality risks early, helping teams develop sustainable mitigation strategies. Support risk management documentation, business continuity considerations, and strategic alignment. Leadership & Collaboration Act as a key point of contact for quality systems, supporting and guiding cross-functional teams. Lead root cause analyses and help teams embed quality-driven ways of working. Learning Management System (LMS) Maintain GMP training compliance through careful monitoring and follow-up. Develop and deliver training that supports quality awareness and strong system adherence. What you’ll bring: We’re looking for someone who is proactive, people-oriented, and passionate about helping others succeed Formal tertiary qualifications in Quality or a related field. 3 years’ experience in a Quality role within a fast-paced environment. Experience collaborating across teams to implement high-quality systems. Knowledge of GMP or other quality standards, plus experience with eQMS systems. Strong analytical skills, including experience with Power BI or similar tools. A logical, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to turn complexity into clarity. Confident communication and stakeholder management skills. A growth mindset — agile, curious, and eager to make a meaningful impact.
