Digital Marketing Specialist We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Heartland Bank Australia team based in Melbourne, Australia. Is this your next role? You will work closely with the Senior Manager – Brand and Marketing and lead the execution of digital marketing strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will optimise campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring measurable impact and alignment with Heartland Bank’s growth objectives. Does this sound like you? Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and programmatic platforms. Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to improve conversion rates. Manage SEO strategy, including keyword research, content optimisation, and performance tracking. Develop and maintain retargeting strategies using Customer Match Lists and audience segmentation. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital campaigns with brand messaging and acquisition goals. Monitor and report on campaign performance, CPL, and ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio). Support website enhancements for mobile responsiveness, load speed, and user experience. You’re a pro with: 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms. Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ubersuggest, SEMrush) and analytics platforms. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation. Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing automation tools is a plus.
