They are now seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who can speak Japanese language to support their expanding Japanese client portfolio. The role involves managing full-cycle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, bank and credit reconciliations, payroll and maintaining accurate financial records for companies, trusts and individuals. Successful candidate will also assist with reporting, liaise with clients and use accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Sage and Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a bookkeeping or accounting qualification, have at least 3–5 years’ relevant experience and be fluent in both Japanese and English. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively are essential.
