Your New Role You’ll take ownership of Level 2 IT support across cloud and on-prem technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Networking, and leading cyber tools. No two days look the same — from remote support to onsite client visits, you’ll work hands-on across diverse environments. What You’ll Do Deliver Level 2 support, troubleshooting issues and keeping users productive. Visit client sites around Brisbane for hands-on technical work. Manage tickets, document fixes, and keep workflows running smoothly. Support end-user hardware, software, and peripherals. Provide guidance and training for Microsoft 365 products. Work closely with a tight-knit team to maintain a secure, efficient IT environment. Diagnose and resolve complex issues to ensure seamless user experiences. What You’ll Bring 3 years in a Desktop or Level 2 Support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune & AD. Experience working with ticketing systems. Excellent communication skills and customer service approach. Ability to work independently, troubleshoot proactively, and follow through. Friendly, collaborative attitude — you enjoy helping people.
