Call Alicia for a confidential chat on 0406 199 062 About the role The Desktop Supervisor is responsible for managing roof replacement repair projects from approval through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role requires strong organisational skills, technical understanding of roofing works, and the ability to coordinate trades and suppliers to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the business. Tasks & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end repair works for roof replacement projects, ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards Coordinate and engage trades and suppliers, issuing work orders and ensuring scopes of work are clear and accurate Monitor progress of repairs, identifying and resolving issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns Review project documentation, insurance scopes, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes, QBCC/HBCF requirements, and company policies Maintain strong communication with clients, trades, and internal teams to ensure transparency, professionalism, and positive customer experiences Skills & experience At least 2-3 years' experience in project management, construction coordination, or repair management (roofing or building works preferred) Strong technical knowledge of building practices, roofing systems, and repair processes Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in the use of project management software, Google Suite, and communication tools Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve issues effectively *High attention to detail with the ability to ensure compliance with building codes, QBCC/HBCF requirements, and company policies Benefits & Perks Potential to earn an extra $30k when you exceed company set KPIs About the company A company that specialise in major insurance work like roof replacements and strive to make the process as seamless and enjoyable as possible Apply now by clicking the apply button below, or for a confidential discussion, reach out to Alicia McGregor at 0406 199 062 or via email at amcgregor@frontlineconstruction.com.au .
