What You’ll Be Driving Lead & Inspire High-Performance Teams Set clear goals, foster accountability, and build a positive, results-driven culture Mentor and develop talent while managing performance and continuous improvement Optimize Logistics & Operations Strategically manage domestic and international logistics for maximum efficiency and cost control Develop and refine best practices to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction Elevate Customer Experience Lead initiatives to improve customer responsiveness, service quality, and long-term retention Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless fulfillment Strengthen Warehousing Excellence Oversee warehouse operations and inventory integrity Drive productivity, space optimization, and industry-leading storage practices Lead Strategic Purchasing Direct regional procurement strategy to balance cost, quality, and delivery Build and manage strong supplier partnerships and lead complex negotiations Leverage Data for Smarter Decisions Drive adoption of systems and tools to improve efficiency and visibility Deliver actionable insights through performance reporting and analytics Champion Compliance & Ethics Ensure full compliance with regulatory, trade, animal welfare, and safety standards What You Bring You’re a strategic, results-driven leader who thrives in complex environments A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field 7 years of leadership experience in supply chain or operations Proven success in purchasing, logistics optimization, and inventory management Strong experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, and data tools (Power BI, MiniTab, QlikView, or similar) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills A proven ability to drive cost savings, operational improvements, and team performance
