Monday-Friday position working normal business hours (8:30-4:30) Location: Redfern Salary: SCHADS level 4 ($88-95k Super NFP Salary packaging benefits) Client Welfare Recruitment Solutions have partnered Lou's Place, a very well respected community service that provide a wide range of support services to vulnerable women, to assist in the recruitment of Case Manager for their "Always Mum" program. The position is a full time permanent role working business hours, Monday-Friday with no on-call. Program/Role The program works with mothers and grandmothers with kids in OOHC. It is a therapeutic and psychoeducational program to support connection, healing and identity and ultimately to help mothers rebuild relationships with their children, strengthen connections and where possible work toward restoration. As the successful candidate your role will be to facilitate a 10 week group program for participants then follow that with therapeutic case management. Many of the clients have experienced complex trauma, DFV, mental health issues and AOD issues. Criteria To be considered for the role you will need to meet the following criteria: Relevant qualifications in social work, community services or relevant field (ideally degree level) Experience in providing case management with women impacted by trauma An understanding of the OOHC and child protection system Experience in group facilitation An ability to develop the service and help with continuous improvement Good conflict management skills Unfortunately we do need candidates with a good level of experience so new or recent graduates won't be considered for the role.
