Bar Manager Lead. Influence. Elevate the experience. We’re searching for a Bar Manager who can take ownership of two high performing bar outlets, inspire a strong team, and deliver an elevated guest experience every day. This is a hands on leadership role with real scope to shape service, drive standards and bring fresh ideas to life. About the role You’ll oversee daily operations across two busy bar environments, ensuring smooth service, engaged staff and consistently high standards. With a focus on forecasting, revenue generation and guest satisfaction, you’ll manage everything from menu planning and promotions through to staffing, compliance and financial performance. You’ll also support broader operations, collaborating with other outlets when needed.
