My client is looking for an experienced and proficient Building Services (multidiscipline) BIM Modeller to join their team as they continue to grow their involvement in major healthcare, infrastructure, and commercial projects across Australia. Due to unprecedented demand from clients out client is looking to expand their current service offering from Mechanical workshop 3d detail design delivery to include an additional multidiscipline Building services BIM modelling service. They've developed their own proprietary software platforms and are at the forefront of digital construction, using cutting-edge tools like 3D laser scanning to create precise digital twins of buildings. Join a close-knit team where staff focus on high quality outcomes Work on diverse, high-profile projects including major hospitals and sporting facilities Experience a supportive environment that encourages questions and values learning Salary AUD80,000 to 90,000 What You Will Be Working On Create detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for building services systems Assist with 3D laser scanning surveys and digital twin creation Participate in cross-trade coordination and clash detection Help develop precise fabrication drawings for construction Work with innovative software platforms, including the company's own proprietary tools Verify that all designs comply with regulatory standards, project specifications and quality requirements Interpret specifications and data to create detailed manufacturing drawings and translate them into clear and practical manufacturing drawings for use on the production line. Calculate and provide estimates for materials, equipment and costs Liaise with other project stakeholder to gather structural and product requirements What Type of Person Will Be Successful My client is looking for curious minds who has always enjoyed solving spatial puzzles and have a natural eye for detail. We are seeking; An experienced BIM Modeller in Building Services (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic) at least 2 years Ideally your experience will have come from working with a sub-contractor or builder (construction environment) You should be very familiar with producing detailed construction drawings A person who takes pride in producing precise, accurate work An analytical thinker who enjoys understanding how systems work together This is an exciting role where you can be working with people who are considered the best in the industry for producing 3d detailed workshop drawings for the building services industry.
