Creativity, strategy and hustle are equally valued You’ll see the direct impact of your work on company growth Your success is celebrated and rewarded What You’ll Be Doing As their newest BDM, you will: Proactively bring in new business through networking, outreach and intelligent prospecting Meet 8–10 prospects face-to-face each week to uncover partnership opportunities Build and nurture relationships that convert into long-term accounts Hand off new clients to the account management team once onboarded Grow revenue through strategic pitching, proposals and deal-making Use the CRM to keep leads and sales activity updated accurately Contribute to a culture of high performance and continuous improvement What Success Looks Like A strong pipeline of quality prospects 20–40 new spending accounts annually (>$20k each) Weekly quotes generated for the accounts team Monthly invoiced clients and exceptional relationship outcomes ♀️ Who they are looking For: You might come from sales, business development or account management where what matters is your drive to win and build relationships that last .
