The opportunity The Family Support and Inclusion Officer plays an essential role in welcoming and supporting families as they begin their journey with Aspire. You will guide families through orientation help children settle into their rooms and provide practical support for behavioural or developmental concerns. You will also facilitate sensitive conversations connect families with community services and help them navigate government funding processes. Working closely with Centre Leadership Teams Room Leaders and families you will support the wellbeing development and inclusion of every child in our care. This is a part time role at twenty five hours per week across five days. There may be opportunities to work up to thirty seven point five hours depending on centre needs.
