Are you a Release Manager? Our client is currently sourcing for an experienced Release Manager to lead release governance and delivery for a large-scale ICT transformation initiative. Release Manager Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a program-level Release Management Strategy, covering release frequency, risk classification, and rollback planning. Define and maintain branching/versioning standards aligned with CI/CD pipelines. Chair and manage the Change Authority Board (CAB) , ensuring risk governance and change readiness. Oversee the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSoC) , coordinate across dev/test/prod environments, and manage release dependencies. Drive automation and continuous improvement using tools like Azure DevOps , GitHub Actions , or Jenkins . Release Manager Essential Experience Proven experience leading release management for large-scale ICT or cloud migration programs. Strong knowledge of Git branching strategies, semantic versioning , and CI/CD orchestration . Hands-on with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; experience running governance forums (CAB). Desirable: Background in hybrid or secure environments. Familiarity with app migration from on-prem to cloud platforms.
