About you You are passionate about person-centred care and motivated to enhance the wellbeing of our consumers. You will also meet the following criteria: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in either sub-acute or aged care. Demonstrated commitment to person-centred care. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to continuous improvement.
