The Role Based at our Tullamarine, VIC Manufacturing facility, the Shift Coordinator – Day Shift is accountable for the safe, efficient and reliable execution of daily warehouse operations. You’ll oversee a motivated team, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while driving performance across safety, quality, cost, delivery and team engagement. The shift pattern for this role is Monday - Friday, 5.30am - 2.00pm This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be the go-to for problem solving, labour planning, team development and embedding Asahi’s continuous improvement culture. You’ll be responsible for: Leading your team to meet daily warehouse throughput and service targets Coaching, mentoring and developing team members to build capability Driving warehouse efficiency, labour planning and cost control Ensuring safety, quality and compliance standards are always met Championing Asahi Way problem-solving tools to resolve issues Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless customer service About You You’re an experienced people leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse or FMCG environment. You bring a strong safety mindset, sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to get the best out of your team.
