This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Perpetual Corporate Trust as a Securitisation Deal Analyst. Reporting to the Securitisation Manager will be responsible for providing superior client and technical expertise on the on-boarding of new Trust Management clients through; pitching to prospective clients, building and delivering complex financial cashflow models, legal documentation review, operationalisation design of procedures and processes as well as providing on-going technical advice and support. Assist the broader team in the overall Trust Management function and ensure all contractual obligations are adhered to with a high standard service level. In addition, enable the team to meet its goals and objectives through pro-actively participating and contributing to team projects, providing on-going technical support and training to junior team members as well as identifying and implementing process efficiencies. About the Role In conjunction with Corporate Trust Sales, present Trust Management Services to prospective clients and own client relationship Review Transaction Documents and / or all legal documentation, ensuring cash flows are accurately described and all contractional obligations of the Manager are accurately reflected in accordance with the risk framework Build excel based Cash Flow Models per model framework for all new Trust Management clients in accordance with legal documentation Design, develop and implement operational procedures and processes for on-going management. Ensure all obligations are accurately described and capture in obligation management system. Conduct periodic Cash Flow Model Audits / Reviews for all new clients, or as required Build VBA Cash Flow Models for all new Trust Management clients Build and maintain client relationships with all stakeholders (institutional banks, debt markets investors, asset originators) Actively manage an allocated portfolio of securitisation Trust Management clients, including; Preparation and delivery of monthly Trust Manager reports; Trust bank Account reconciliation preparation and maintenance; Prepare and execute daily / weekly settlement requests; Monitor and review the daily operations of the Trust, ensuring all contractual obligations to Transaction parties are met Assist the Head of Trust Management in delivering key projects and objectives Respond and manage all client and investor queries in an accurate and timely manner Actively manage aged debtors and accruals Risk Management – Maintain an appropriate quality assurance and risk management framework, consistent with policy. About you We’re interested in hearing from people who have: Relevant tertiary education (business / economics or finance degree), with a strong technical background Qualified CA/ CPA/ CFA or currently pursuing (desirable) Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience within Securitisation Previous experience working with Cash Flow and VBA Cash Flow Models Cash Flow Models Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (modelling experience) including VBA, SQL (desirable) essential to be considered or this role. Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, handle multiple issue at once and adhere to strict deadlines Strong communication and presentation skills Excellent client management skills and experience Strong problem solving skills and technical mindset Risk management focus.
