Purpose of the Role This role provides day-to-day administrative support to Finance, Technical Services, Stores, and Senior Management, ensuring smooth office and reception operations. Main Duties & Responsibilities General office support, including scanning, filing, copying, and data entry. Reception duties: greeting visitors, managing calls, maintaining a tidy reception area. Assist Finance with AP/AR tasks as directed. Support Technical Services with document uploads, job number allocation, AMRs, and Task Cards. Coordinate office equipment servicing and organise office/hangar supply orders. Assist with social activity bookings. Support Stores with parts issuing/receipting when required. Assist QAS with document management. Perform additional duties as requested by management. PERSON SPECIFICATION Qualifications Proficient in Microsoft Office. Cert IV in Business Administration desirable but not essential. Experience Office administration or reception experience. AP/AR experience beneficial. Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and communication skills. High attention to detail. Good teamwork, organisation, and time-management abilities. Practical and professional approach. Personal Attributes Well-presented, organised, and able to work under pressure. Positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Other Requirements Driver's License required
