About this opportunity: In this permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday (no weekend work!) position, you will join a team of customer service professionals managing inbound inquiries from members, employers, and third parties via inbound calls. You will receive the training you need and will have ongoing support as you work with a mentor to contribute to best-in-class customer service delivery to their members. You will identify, resolve, and escalate inquiries in line with regulatory requirements. Engaging in meaningful conversations and communication as you support members with their specific requirements will be your day-to-day responsibility.
