The Opportunity: Working for a busy Tier 3 Fit Out Contractor on commercial a fit out and projects from $500k to $2 million You will be reporting to an Estimating Manager, and working with an small established estimating team. $120k - 150k package Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity Inner City Sydney based, public transport in walking distance This position has unlimited scope for career progression The Company: An established Tier 3 Commercial Fit Out Contractor T/0 $20 million Reporting to an Estimating Manager Client base consists of real estate developers and asset management companies Projects to $2 million 30 staff in the business 15 years trading history Lots of company employee incentives from extra days off, quarterly events, corporate discounts etc You will have: A Construction Management Degree or similar 2 years previous estimating experience with Principal Fit Out Contractor in NSW is essential Commercial office fit out experience highly sought Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy contractor Experience tendering office fit out projects over $500k A steady career history and previous estimating background Solid sub-contractor network Strong software experience, Cost X and MS Suite advantageous.
