An established Australian construction and fit-out business with a strong footprint across NSW, QLD and VIC is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own and elevate their tender function. The Opportunity As the Bid Manager, you will lead the full EOI/tender lifecycle - from opportunity identification through to submission and post-tender presentations. You'll be the central point of coordination across estimating, production and senior leadership, driving win strategies, improving content quality, and ensuring all bid activity aligns with broader business goals. This role also supports internal and external marketing communications, including website updates, content creation, social presence, and development of capability materials. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end EOI/tender submissions Run weekly reviews of tender portals, shortlist opportunities and advise leadership Drive bid strategy, coordinate stakeholders and run bid meetings Develop non-technical content and refine technical inputs Manage document production, submission, and post-tender responses Maintain accurate CRM activity for pipeline and revenue forecasting Support marketing activity including capability statements, collateral and project communications Manage website updates, CMS, and social media content Maintain the marketing library of project information, CVs, policies and certifications Contribute to internal communications, events and sponsorships Ensure brand consistency across all tender and marketing material Identify and implement process improvements within the bidding function About You You will bring experience in a similar Bid, Proposal, Submissions, or Marketing role within construction, property, architecture, engineering, or a related built-environment sector. You will also demonstrate: Strong capability managing tenders end-to-end Clear, compelling writing and an eye for detail Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams Confidence managing multiple deadlines and moving parts Experience producing polished documentation and marketing collateral Strong organisational skills and the ability to influence stakeholders Comfort working both independently and as part of a close-knit team Experience with CMS tools, InDesign, and CRM systems is advantageous.
