One of their boutique, technology-focused underwriting agencies is seeking an IT Liability Portfolio Manager to further strengthen capability and drive strategic growth across a well-established portfolio. About the Role Working within a specialist team, this role combines technical underwriting expertise with strategic leadership. You will oversee and grow a national portfolio, develop and refine product offerings, and maintain strong relationships with brokers, partners, and international markets. Key responsibilities include: • Underwriting new and renewal business nationally across IT Liability. • Driving product visibility through broker engagement and domestic travel. • Delivering monthly management reporting and supporting Lloyd’s partners. • Setting top-down growth strategies for the technology portfolio. • Leading product innovation, development, and continuous improvement. • Collaborating closely with senior leaders and partner syndicates. About You • Strong exposure to IT Liability classes including PI, Cyber, and GL within tech. • FinTech experience beneficial (not essential). • Demonstrated capability underwriting both new and renewal business. • Proven success shaping and executing growth strategies. • Ability to manage mid-market and larger, more complex risks. • Skilled relationship builder with long-term broker partnership experience. • Strong communicator with a collaborative team-focused mindset.
