ATLAS Recruitment is working with a respected civil engineering consultancy in their search for a Senior Civil Engineer / Project Leader . This role will lead design direction across a diverse portfolio of projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring high-quality, integrated project outcomes. To be successful in this role you will need: A tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering discipline 10 years’ engineering or architectural design experience Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide project vision and design narrative Experience overseeing project teams and delivering integrated design outcomes Strong understanding of regulatory standards, NCC and Australian Standards Competence in design and technical reviews within your specialty Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement.
