Our client supplies steel reinforcement to the construction industry across Melbourne. Ideal for candidates who are organised, comfortable engaging with different teams and clients, and able to stay steady in a busy work environment. Monday to Friday - 11:00am to 4:00pm - $32.09 per hour - Laverton North This role is ideal for someone seeking short-term work and some extra income over the holiday period. Key Responsibilities: - Answer and make phone calls (internal and external stakeholders) - Respond to emails (internal and external stakeholders) - Organise paperwork for Dispatch and Planning - Scan paperwork into the system - General administration duties - Liaise with Operations, including occasional visits to the warehouse floor (full PPE supplied) - Use internal computer systems relevant to the role (full training provided) - Basic use of Excel, Word, and Power BI (only general knowledge required; training provided) We're looking to fill this role ASAP!
