The Opportunity As an experienced Payroll Manager you will take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll for multiple entities across Australia and New Zealand. You will enjoy working on HRIS/payroll projects as they have a system implementation currently in the pipeline, giving you the opportunity to work across system design, testing and rollout. Key Responsibilities Manage AU monthly payroll and NZ fortnightly payroll Oversee PAYG, super, payroll tax and all compliance requirements Prepare monthly journals (leave liability, tax, accruals) Handle onboarding/offboarding, terminations, employee queries and workers compensation Reporting via Micropay and Sage People/Salesforce Support upcoming system upgrade: testing, data integrity, process management Manage the Payroll Officer and their workflow Assist with year-end and audit reporting About You 5–8 years end-to-end payroll experience (ideally multi-entity) Strong technical and compliance expertise Confident with Micropay and Sage People/Salesforce Clear, calm communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills Highly organised, proactive and solutions-driven Thrives in an autonomous role and takes ownership The Benefits Step into a well-run, seamless payroll function Project manage a major HRIS/payroll transformation Supportive, flexible team (4 days in office; 1 day WFH) Modern CBD office Collaborative team culture Above market salary package on offer Seeking your next role, than Stitch has you covered - APPLY NOW.
