You’ll lead, mentor, and support your team while also stepping in with hands-on care when needed. You’ll manage rosters, ensure smooth service delivery, and work closely with clients and families to create personalised, meaningful support. You’ll also build strong relationships with community networks to help clients achieve great outcomes. What You’ll Bring: Cert III or higher in Disability/Individual Support (or similar) Experience leading or mentoring a team (highly regarded) Background in disability or aged care, including personal care Understanding of NDIS standards and person-centred practice Strong communication, organisational & problem-solving skills NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR & Driver’s Licence Why Join Us?
