You will work closely with the Directors to deliver two mixed-use developments, overseeing external builders and coordinating all technical and compliance aspects of the projects. Review and interpret architectural and services drawings Manage Construction Certificate approvals and liaise with consultants Coordinate DA obligations, ensure compliance across all stages Oversee the builder and site progress to completion Manage communication with Directors, build team and council Oversee design changes Ensure all documentation is in place before engaging the builder About the company: This privately owned developer has built its reputation on trust, quality, and long-term relationships.
