Our client is an industry leader in complex steel structures and steel construction, providing design support, fabrication, coatings, and installation services across major projects. Based in Sunshine West , they're now looking for experienced Boiler makers / Welders to join their team. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble structural steel components, including beams, columns, and trusses. Measure, cut, shape, and prepare steel to specification Weld and conduct quality inspections on completed assemblies Interpret and work confidently from fabrication and engineering drawings Operate workshop equipment, tools, and lifting machinery safely Maintain strong WHS compliance and support a high-performance team culture What We're Looking For Trade qualification - Boilermaker/Fabricator or Cert III Engineering (Fabrication Trade) Proven background in structural steel fabrication Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings Experience in heavy fabrication or infrastructure-grade steel (advantageous) Strong communication, reliability, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset If you're a qualified Boilermaker/Welder seeking a stable, full-time opportunity with strong workflow and a high-performing team, we'd welcome your application.
