Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to: Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards. Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices. Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services. Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. Undertaking budgeting for the establishment. Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff. Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Qualifications: At least 1- 2 years of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
