For this new Repair Coordinator role, we’re offering the perfect step up for a carpenter or tradie wanting to come off the tools but stay connected to building, repairs and job sites. Key Responsibilities: Review scopes of work and job requirements, leveraging your carpentry/building background to identify what needs doing. Schedule and coordinate trades and subcontractors to complete repair works to standard. Manage multiple jobs (claims) from initial allocation to final sign off including issuing work orders, tracking progress, organising inspections, and facilitating handovers. Maintain clear, accurate records (digital systems, job logs, client/trade correspondence) and assist with invoicing or subcontractor billings when needed. About You: Carpentry/trade background you know building works, materials, repairs, and have a practical understanding from working in the field. Good organisational, scheduling and time-management skills — able to juggle multiple jobs and coordinate with various trades. Attention to detail reading scopes, checking workmanship/quality, ensuring compliance and high standards. Flexible and willing to occasionally get out on site when required, to inspect works or support jobs.
