About the Centre Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Lucas is an upcoming childcare centre in Lucas, a suburb in the City of Ballarat. It is located within the new Lucas master-planned community and situated next to parks and sporting facilities. It is also a 3-minute drive from Lucas Primary School, making it a convenient location for families.
