About the Role A newly created opportunity now exists for a motivated freight professional to support and coordinate end-to-end import and export operations. You will work closely with the Manager and a small team across: Managing a pre-established “hot desk” of clients Coordinating sea freight & air freight import/export Completing and reviewing documentation, compliance, and cargo tracking Using or learning CargoWise (training provided) Supporting project freight forwarding and specialised cargo movements Overseeing warehouse coordination, inventory accuracy, storage & dispatch Liaising with customers, transport providers, depots, and internal operations teams Ensuring communication is proactive, clear, and customer-focused What You’ll Need to Succeed We’re looking for someone with: Experience in Import/Export Operations or Freight Forwarding (must have) Cargo experience (highly advantageous) Strong communication & customer service skills Ability to work well in a small team Australian Citizenship / PR / NZ Citizenship National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain) Driver’s licence and/or forklift licence (advantageous) Why You’ll Love It Global Reach Company Supportive team with hands-on training Clear pathways for career progression & growth Secure, long-term stability Great manager, great culture, great environment Team events About the Company Candii is partnering with a trusted and established Freight Forwarding & Logistics provider servicing global trade lanes across ANZ, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
