What Type of Person Will Be Successful You're an experienced construction lawyer wanting meaningful commercial impact. You get energised by teaching others and seeing them apply what you've taught. You have the commercial judgment to prioritise what truly matters, the commercial nous to bring practical solutions to the table, and the communication skills to make complex legal concepts accessible. You're naturally approachable and enjoy building relationships across different parts of a business. You're solution-focused, pragmatic, and motivated by helping a business succeed, not just ensuring legal perfection. You probably have anywhere between 5-7 years’ experience PAE.
