Role Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will provide essential support across financial analysis and reporting, budgeting and forecasting to support operational decision-making, with a focus on invoicing and accounts receivable, while assisting with month-end close and reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable including timely and accurate invoicing and debtor processes. Ensure all revenue is accurately recognised and allocated. Assist with month-end close, reconciliations and reporting. Support project accounting and financial tracking. Assist with annual statutory audit and reporting requirements. Participate in finance process improvement initiatives. Provide financial support for ongoing projects. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. About You Degree qualified in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA or CPA accreditation or working towards. 2-4 years' experience post qualification in a similar accounting role. Exposure to project-based environments within oil and gas or EPC/ Contractor environment. Experience and understanding of ERP and invoice billing systems (Microsoft D365 experience highly regarded). Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling skills, experience with BI reporting tools. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively to meet targets and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with operational teams.
