What You Will Be Doing: You will initially step into a significant data centre project for a nationally recognised client. Working closely with senior leadership, you will be the connective tissue between the client, consultants, and the main contractor, keeping delivery aligned, risks mitigated, and communication tight. This is a newly created role to support and ultimately lead the delivery of a large-scale, services-heavy project. Your week will be a blend of CBD office time, site and project work in the northwest suburbs, and, if you wish, working from home. You will be supported by a highly respected leader who brings deep Tier One construction experience and is known for elevating the capability and confidence of the people they work with. Lead, attend and minute PCG meetings. Drive outcomes to ensure time, cost and quality benchmarks are met with project consultants and stakeholders. Assist with contract administration, design coordination and project documentation Prepare and issue project reports for clients and key stakeholders Conduct regular site inspections and monitor progress Participate in value management and problem-solving activities Foundation For Success: Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering or related discipline Experience delivering data centre projects either in Australia or overseas Confident communicator with a proactive approach Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups Ability to operate with accountability, ownership and commercial awareness.
