About the Role Reporting to the National Account Fleet Support Manager, this role oversees our National Account customers nationwide and serves as their primary point of contact for aftermarket support. This hands-on, pivotal position requires regular interstate travel to support service needs, build relationships, and maintain a consistent customer experience across all locations. Requirements Responsibilities & Duties Grow national accounts through strategic planning, proactive call cycles, and strong stakeholder engagement. Track service performance against customer and internal KPIs while working with internal teams to resolve issues and improve delivery. Collaborate with IT and admin teams to improve reporting systems and deliver clear, actionable data. Lead service reviews and performance meetings to maintain communication and drive improvement. Analyse fleet performance and prepare reports on utilisation, service activity, compliance, and debtors. Maintain compliance across day-to-day operations and support customers with reliable advice on equipment and fleet options Frequent interstate Travel to build relationships, provide on-site support, and ensure consistent service across locations.
