About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on multi skilled maintenance person to join our dynamic operations team. This isn’t your average maintenance job – you’ll work across multiple sites, including our Head Office, an Island and our community investment portfolio of projects. What you’ll do: Keep our facilities in top shape with preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs. Support event and operational logistics including set up. Upgrade properties, manage infrastructure works, and support operational events. Maintain island-based assets – from utilities to boats – and ensure everything runs smoothly. Be the go-to person for diagnosing faults and keeping things moving. What We’re Looking For Solid experience in general maintenance. Trade qualifications in; plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, or similar (highly regarded). A self-starter who thrives on autonomy and problem-solving. Safety-focused and team-oriented.
