The Opportunity Join our Quality & Food Safety team to ensure the quality, microbiological safety and sterility of our UHT products and aseptic packaging systems. In this role, you’ll be actively involved in microbiological verification, investigate sterility issues, and support innovation across products, processes, and equipment. Key Responsibilities: • Support microbiological validation and verification protocols for UHT processing and aseptic systems • Investigate microbial deviations and product spoilage, recommending corrective actions • Validate product integrity and shelf-life performance • Identify spoilage organisms and support root-cause analysis • Partner with R&D on product and packaging innovation • Stay current on emerging pathogens and new detection technologies • Perform routine chemical, analytical, and microbiological testing of raw materials and finished products with a focus on safety and quality What you’ll bring • Degree in Food Science • General understanding of GFSI certification requirements • General understanding of UHT systems, aseptic packaging, and thermal validation • Proficient in core microbiological lab techniques • Able to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines • Flexible, adaptable, and detail-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Noumi?
