Currently, they are seeking a Senior Property Lawyer with 8 years of post-admission experience to join their team in Hawthorn East. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property and commercial law, including conveyancing, leasing, subdivisions, and business sales or purchases. Familiarity with litigation, owners corporation matters, land tax, duties, GST, mortgages, and adverse possession is desirable. Strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work independently are essential. Experience mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating across teams is also valued, along with knowledge of Court procedures, VCAT, and systems like LEAP, PEXA, and Microsoft 365.
