The Role This newly created role is central to building and scaling a national series of immersive, hospitality-driven events as the organisation enters a renewed phase of growth. As an Event Producer, you’ll take full ownership of planning and delivering physical event builds — from venue logistics and supplier management to staffing, stock, safety and on-site execution. You’ll be the operational engine driving each city’s delivery, translating production plans into real-world builds, keeping timelines tight, and ensuring everything from freight to floorplans happens with precision. This is a highly hands-on role in a small team, suited to someone who thrives equally in planning spreadsheets and onsite bump-ins, with the ability to stay calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure. Working closely with the Head of Events and supported by a dedicated coordinator, you’ll help shape new processes, manage multiple stakeholders, and elevate the standard of experiential event production nationwide. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end event production, including venue liaison, bump-in/bump-out, deliveries and physical build execution Develop and own detailed production schedules, site plans, infrastructure layouts and run sheets Lead all risk, safety and compliance documentation, including OHS, food/alcohol requirements and onsite incident management Oversee all consumables, assets, equipment and stock logistics across the national touring season Manage supplier relationships, negotiate quotes and ensure accurate delivery of all production elements Coordinate freight movements between cities, including packing lists, load plans and transport workflows Oversee all signage production — digital and printed — ensuring accuracy, timelines and clear placement plans Staff production and event teams, including recruitment, rostering, briefings and on-the-ground leadership Keep events on budget while maintaining quality, efficiency and guest experience standards Lead onsite delivery from first truck arrival to final pack-down, ensuring smooth operations, quick problem solving and positive communication with stakeholders The Candidate You’re an experienced event producer with a hospitality-first mindset and a knack for bringing structure to fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
